When walking, pressure is exerted on the foot from two sides: the heel area (when hitting the ground) and the foot cushion (when moving forward). Therefore, the most important thing in walking shoes is good cushioning in the sole area, the presence of an air exchange system, rigid heels, slightly slanted heel, lightness.

For everyday wear, walks, outdoor activities, simple physical training or non-dynamic activities, universal shoes models are quite suitable.
They are made in a sporty style (for example, for running) or casual. The latter combines different trends and designs, represented by a variety of models (sandals, sneakers, shoes category “comfort”, oxfords, sandals, sneakers). Indispensable features of the casual style: good fixation of the foot, lightness, comfort, raised heel, and, of course, extraordinary decor with an unusual combination of ethnic motifs.

For standing work
Standing shoes should also be as comfortable as possible to wear, so the requirements are the same: the presence of a raised sole, orthopedic elements to support the arch of the foot, heel, toes, as well as the lack of constraint feet. Cushioning soles that reduce pressure on the foot after prolonged foot strain are welcome.

Shoes should be appropriate not for the time of year outside, but for the temperature conditions in the workplace.
